"Sharing our 'Best Practice' with all churches, one website at a time". It has been our long-term aim to work on a not-for-profit basis - all that is required to complete an audit of an existing church website is time, and that costs us nothing.

We can undertake an audit of your website (known as a SWOT - Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats - analysis), evaluating what you do well already but also targeting weaknesses that threaten the effectiveness of your site. We can objectively summarise the operational strengths and weaknesses of your website, but with a focus on offering advice and supportive tips for you to deal with these 'in-house'; without the need for direct intervention from us.

We can also advise you beyond the SWOT anaylsis. Many of the websites we have conducted SWOTs on over the past few years have come to us for further support: in many cases, full redevelopment of the website based on our findings. However, we also believe that some churches have the skills and ability to undertake the review themselves. You can download a SWOT pro-forma document from the column on the left and undertake your own review. You may also wish to undertake an audit prior to asking for our assistance - we can, in some cases, compare and discuss our findings with you.

Why should you undertake an audit of your website? Websites can find themselves standing still very quickly, through no fault of your own. Technology and internet standards move quickly; so does our 'best practice' model, which is based on the successes we have achieved over the years.

Our audit reviews the website code itself: the language that reports your messages to the world. We have reporting software that can evaluate your keyword effectiveness on over 300 search engines and evaluate your incoming links (and in many cases recommend improvements you can do yourself).
