MIB Travel is a small ministry organising tours of the Holy Land etc.  For a number of years we had a professionally produced website that was originally great.  However, the company wanted to start charging us an enormous amount of money every time we wanted to make even the smallest change and for a company like ours which is a ministry, not a profit-making organisation, we found ourselves in a position that was unsatisfactory.

I met Daniel when he came to our church to discuss the production of a new church website.  During coffee, I approached him and asked if he would be willing to take on MIB Travel.  I explained that we needed a website that would promote our tours and allow customer contact, but one that also has the facility to be updated regularly, because all our tours are individual and things change often.

Daniel looked at our existing website, asked me to contribute what I thought needed to go on the new one and put the two together very quickly.  The result is stunning and far beyond what we imagined possible for our budget.  One of the things that jumps out the most is the creativity Daniel has which enables the website to stand out and, unlike our previous professionally designed one, to communicate immediately what we are about.  Daniel also introduced a ‘contact us’ box which resulted in inquiries within the first week of the site going live!  A number of people have commented on how impressive our new site is.

One of the most impressive things with the new site is that basic information is displayed quickly, but there is a 'more button' which allows you to go into greater detail on the things that interest you, rather than having to wait for every single piece of information to download, some of which we recognise will not be relevant to some people!

The process of setup from beginning to end and the ongoing relationship is one of mutual commitment.  Nothing was done that we disliked and everything was checked with us before being put on the Internet.  We were able to make suggestions, yet found Daniel’s expertise invaluable in taking our ideas and making them into what we consider to be a highly professional result.

Alterations to the website are done with great speed, as promised.  The charges are totally suited to ministries and churches and we are exceptionally happy.  As said, immediate new leads and long-term a website that will be kept up-to-date. I cannot recommend The Church Design Website highly enough.
