Church
Website Design
Helping to bring ministry and fellowship online.
Like the opening of Charles Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities, creating
and maintaining a website can provide 'the best of times and the worst of
times'. That is why we take the role of leading your website development very
seriously - supporting and developing your online communications is of paramount
importance which is why we provide first class service, support and consultation
to all our clients. Whatever your requirements and budget, we will work with you
to develop the best online solution for your church and community.
We could easily provide a range of 'one-size-fits-all' packages, with a range
of prices and features listed, according to what we think you need. Fortunately
for you, that is not how we work. Each church is different. Each congregation is
unique and in turn your needs will be based on your goals and targets - the
expectations of each church we work with are always unique, which is why we
provide a 'tailored' service, suited to your needs with room for development in
the future.
Modern Church Website Design
We live in a rapidly changing world. The internet is
changing even more rapidly than everything else. The internet is estimated to
makes a year’s progress in less than three months. In fact millions of pages
have been added to the internet in the past 2.6 months alone. It is often
difficult to keep up with such a rapid rate of change, but this is one of the
things that we work towards for all our clients: ensuring that your website
services are relevant to the 1.3 billion people using the internet worldwide.
Many churches have what are often referred to as 'brochure
websites' - sites that have one or two pages with very basic content. While
these meet a need, the modern user of the internet is looking for detailed and
relevant information. This is why we provide all of our websites with a basic
framework of features and services, ensuring that the content is relevant and
meets the needs and expectations of today's internet user. The internet is more
than a giant 'yellow pages’ - most internet users want to learn, experience and
develop an understanding of the world around them whilst online. Our job is to
help churches provide information and resources that will help today's internet
user to learn, experience and understand the modern Christian church.

The Cost of a Professional
Website
As a Christian church website design business, the majority of our time spent
in consultation, discussion and guidance is unpaid. We would like nothing more
than to offer highly polished, professional websites for free, but unfortunately
we are unable due to our running costs. However, our service costs for a
professionally designed church website are considerably less than standard
commercial rates. In fact, based on the services offered by our parent company,
Cortina Web Solutions,
prices are over 60% less for churches and Christian groups.
We do not charge a premium for the highly regarded service and customer
support that we provide to all our clients - we care for each project with the
same degree of professionalism, enthusiasm and interest.
We are not just website designers. We provide a service that goes far beyond
website development. We offer advice and guidance based on our years of internet
experience and have team leaders who currently work within church ministries
within the UK who can provide practical theological, ecumenical and pastoral
support.
We have opted not to include costs and prices on the website as each church
is unique and therefore we aim to provide the best price according to your needs
and budget. For example, the
Diocese of Argyll
will not require the same level of website development as the
Diocese of London
and therefore will require the creation of two different development plans with
two different prices for website design.
